I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was impressed by the attention to detail. The room was spotless and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything clean and fresh. The amenities provided, like the fresh slippers and dressing gown, were a nice touch and added to the comfort of my stay. The location in the quiet area of Shiba outside the bustling city was a welcome change and allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including some western choices.
Everything was fine and I had no major complaints.

It's a bit of a stroll to the Hamamatsucho station, but down the street there are some good options for restaurants and cafes. It's really close to three subway stations, but not much use for other common lines. The room and bathroom are clean, but they are tiny and cramped. The staff are helpful and provide umbrellas for rainy days. However, the breakfast is a bit limited and the WiFi signal is quite poor.
The hotel lacks some basic facilities, such as milk and teabags for the room.

We loved the central location of this hotel, which was close to 3 subway stations and the Hamamatsucho station. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel facilities were great, including a tasty and filling breakfast. We found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay.
Not obvious to find.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the price was very reasonable considering the value we received. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, with clean rooms and the option to have towels changed daily. Lastly, the location in the quiet area of Shiba provided a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
All was well during my stay.

My recent stay at a quaint hotel outside of Tokyo was a delight. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, with a comfortable bed and clean amenities. The hotel's location in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo was a plus, and the train station within walking distance made traveling to and from the city a breeze.
While the hotel itself was charming, the lack of a bar or social area made for a quiet atmosphere. the area around the hotel didn't offer many dining options, making it necessary to venture out a bit for meals.

Celebrating New Year was a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great views from the higher floors. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to public transportation and restaurants. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to access all that the city has to offer easily.
We were able to find nearby restaurants that met our needs. we wish there were more amenities available at the hotel, such as a pool or gym.

First of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Secondly, the attention to detail was excellent. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and I loved the fact that fresh slippers and dressing gowns were provided every day. Lastly, the location was perfect. Situated in a quiet area outside the bustling city, I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and easy access to public transportation.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.
